A: No, you must first complete an ARC request form and receive approval prior to commencing any work.

A: Cars are never to be parked on the decorative rock or yard. This includes the landscape strip between the sidewalk and curb.
Q: Can I bring my R.V. or motor home to my house for storage?
A: No, this is forbidden in the CCR's. You may bring home your RV for cleaning, packing, etc... but it needs to be moved the following day.
Q: Why is management contacting me about my home?
A: Your home is regularly inspected for issues relating to weeds, plant overgrowth, and other violations of the governing documents. It is not management's objective to bother anyone. Rather, management is instructed to improve the quality and value of the neighborhood. Our standards are high and we wish to keep our neighborhood looking upscale.
Q: What can I do about barking dogs?
A: Dogs naturally bark, however, when they disturb the enjoyment of your backyard please approach it using the following methods. Leave a polite note regarding the ongoing disturbance (if you don't feel comfortable speaking with your neighbor). If the problem persists contact animal control for assistance in resolving the issue. Involve management if the problem continues or becomes worse. Remember, it is not the animal but the owner.
Q: Who is welcome to board meetings?
A: Board meetings are open to every homeowner in the community. We would like to have participation and welcome you all.
Q: Who are the Board and committee members?
A: Board and committee members are volunteers who donate their time and special talents to serve the community. An occasional thank you or pat on the back is very well deserved and too often infrequent. If you wish to serve on the Board or participate on a committee please contact management or your nearest Board member.
Q: To whom do I report illegal dumping or suspicious activity?
A: Our beautiful community is surrounded by elegant views and acres of natural washes. Please report any illegal dumping or suspicious activity to the Sheriff's department and to management.
Q: Are there any plants or trees that are prohibited?
A: Yes! For those homeowners who currently have prohibited plants installed in their front or rear yards will be asked to remove them in a timely manner. Regardless, if the tree/bush/plant was installed by the developer, it is your responsibility to abide by the guidelines set forth and, if necessary, take action against the builder.
Prohibited plants include but are not limited to:
1. Any species of skyline trees to include, but not limited to: Eucalyptus, Cottonwoods, Italian Cyprus, Poplar, Cedar, Honey Locust, Salt Cedar, Silk Oak, Tamarisk, Douglas Fir and Pines, or any other tree exceeding thirty (30) feet in height. Water seeking trees can cause damage to shared walls and structures when they send out their roots to search for water.
2. Any variety of Washingtonian or Phoenix Palm Trees.
3. Queen Palms
4. Olive trees, except Swan hill variety
5. Mulberry Bushes and Trees
6. Oleanders (unless maintained to a height of less than eight (8) ft.)
7. Desert Broom Shrubs
8. Fountain Grass of any kind
9. Common Bermuda grass
